The major use for the mailing list is expected to be for
announcements of the availability of software such as parsers or
grammars and also conference announcements related to these
formalisms. However, general discussions in the spirit of the mailing
list are also expected.
For the purpose of spam control, only subscribers could post messages to the list. Subscribers who spam the list with spurious messages will be removed from the mailing list.
