Packaging Beans for Distribution (JAR Files)

In order to give or sell your beans to other users, you need to package them. JDK 1.1 provides a convient packaging tool called a jar file. The jar format is basically an archive together with a manifest report that is used by builder tools to query jar files and install their contents in the proper locations.
