Database of Injury Mechanisms and Diagnoses

This data base contains information about the relationship between injuries and mechanisms of injury from exactly 137,500 patients admitted to Pennsylvania Trauma Centers and entered into the Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation (PTSF) Registry between October 1988 and September 1994.

The information is available in three forms. Each is searched by keywords linked to ICD9-code and E-code phrases. Please click on the form you wish to use.
