Sun Microsystems is going to host a "University Sun Day at Penn" on April 6th beginning at 4:00 PM. The event will take place in Heilmeier Hall. The agenda is as follows. Come for one or come for all!
The event is intended to increase awareness and drive adoption of Java, Solaris, and Sun Developer Tools among academic developers (with particular emphasis on computer science and engineering students). We are hoping to have students sign up for the Sun Developer Network and Student Connection so that they could become aware of the new products as they come out.
First 100 get a free t-shirt or StarOffice Suite CD when you sign up for the Sun Developer Network and Student Connection at the event.
Free pizza and drinks
Please email gina.chuang@sun.com if you plan to attend so we could get an approximate count for food.
