About
I have graduated after 6 years at Penn. You can find my PhD thesis, entitled Provenance in Collaborative Data Sharing, here. My advisors were Zack Ives and Val Tannen. I come from Crete, Greece. I got my BSc (1998) and MSc (2000) from the Computer Science Department, University of Crete.
Research Interests
My interests revolve around database theory and systems. More specifically I am interested in research on: Data Integration/Exchange, Data Provenance, Query Languages and Web Data Management Systems. Other interests or areas I have worked on include: Distributed/Peer-to-Peer Systems, Digital Libraries and Metadata, Web Services
