Report (due on Monday April 5^th at midnight):

· About 2 pages in length

· Submit your proposal to blackboard

· Please follow the format below. Organize into 6 sections as follow:

· (1) Problem Description: Describe the problem you are trying to solve or system you are implementing

· (2) Approach: Describe the approach you plan to take to solve the problem

- State all libraries or existing software you plan to use

- State clearly which part of the project you will implement yourself

- List papers (if any) that you will use for your implementation

· (3) Timeline: Your proposed timeline and deliverables (examples that you will use to demonstrate that your system works)

- Break it into 3 stages:

- The first stage is the minimum requirement (grade B)

- The second stage is what you plan to finish (grade A)

- The last stage is riskier and depends on time available (grade A+)

· (4) Work Division: Only for groups of two. Outline of how you are planning to divide the work between the members of your group. Please do not just state that you will do everything together. If you want to finish the project on time, you should have a plan of how you will divide the work.

· (5) Summary: State what new things you expect to learn from this project

· (6) Extra (optional): You can also include extra information specific to your project at the end if you want to.
