Final manuscripts should not exceed 10 pages, formatted according to the IEEE Computer Society Press guidelines. Up to two extra pages can be purchased at the cost of $100 per page. If you use LaTeX to typeset the paper, you can download and use IEEE LaTeX macros. The deadling for the final manuscripts is December 13, 2004.
