All SEAS grad students will be placed on registration "hold". Before you can register for the Spring 2010, you need to have permission of your advisor in order to release this hold; this is to assure that faculty have the opportunity to discuss your academic progress and planned course of study with you. 

You should complete the permission form below and review it with your advisor.

I need to receive the permision notification from your advisor in order to release the "hold" - email is preferred - mfelker@cis.upenn.edu.  

Once the hold is released you can register using PennInTouch -https://sentry.isc.upenn.edu/intouch/
