Admissions
Applicants to the MSE program will follow the same procedures
as other graduate applicants, providing official copies of transcripts,
letters of recommendation, test scores, etc. Standard Graduate
Record Exam (GRE) scores are required; the subject GRE is
not required. International candidates are expected to provide
a Test of English as a Foreign
Language (TOEFL) - info re: expected scores, etc. can be found at http://www.cis.upenn.edu/grad/applications.shtml
It is not possible to evaluate a candidate's
potential for admission to the MSE program until the entire application
- transcripts, letters of recommendation, personal statement,
test scores, etc. - has been received.
