MGMT 560 Management of Technology

Course Description

This course examines the challenges presented by disruptive technological change. Methods are given to analyze the forces affecting the nature and rate of technological innovation and to forecast and respond to the resulting industry changes.

This course is a mixture of lectures and case studies. Readings can, in general, be done either before or after class. For case studies it is essential that you read the material before class and prepare brief (one page) discussion notes as described in the Homework.
